WHAT’S INCLUDED

As your coach I will provide you with the following in Fempower:

  • Weekly 90/60minute Group Breakthrough session on Zoom/Kajabi.
    • Weekly Telegram group check in day to coach you through your shifts.
    • Access to a private community Fempower chat for connection and accountability and the wider Femfire community/events.
    • Invitations to two live workout sessions via Zoom. (please complete the Health Questionnaire on the Kajabi Femfire Platform before participating).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Coaching Relationship

As your coach I offer guidance, tools, and encouragement; As the Client you understand that your outcomes depend on your willingness, implementation and leadership. Coaching is not medical care, or legal advice.

FEMPOWER is a coaching and personal development experience designed to support emotional, mental, and personal growth. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing at all times. This includes listening to your body, making decisions that feel safe and appropriate for you, and seeking professional medical or therapeutic support where needed.

If you have any existing or suspected physical injuries, medical conditions, or mental health concerns, you agree to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any practices, sessions, or recommendations shared within this space.

By participating in FEMPOWER, you understand and accept that all practices, tools, and guidance are undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You release the coach and any associated parties from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses (physical, emotional, or otherwise) that may occur as a result of your participation.

This is a space of empowerment, and with that comes ownership. You are the leader of your life, your body, and your choices.

2. Fees & Payment

Monthly investment is to be paid via Kajabi payments/Stripe/PayPal/Bank Transfer], with first payment to secure enrollment. Payments are on an automatic schedule for the minimum term of 6 months. 

3. Refund Policy – NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. 

  1. Scheduling & Attendance

All coaching sessions will be scheduled on the meet ups section of Kajabi. Missed or no-show calls will be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise agreed. 

5. Confidentiality

Client details and information will be kept confidential, except if required by law. Client agrees to respect confidentiality of other participants within the community space. Your successes may be used anonymously for promotional purposes - please state if you do not want your information to be shared. 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided are for Client’s personal use only and must not be shared or re-distributed.

7. Termination

As your coach I may terminate this Agreement (without refund) if the Client displays disruptive, abusive, or non‑compliant behaviour. 

8. Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved within the courts of England and Wales.
