2. Get ready to go
If you are online membership you will want to get your diary out and make a commitment to when you will do your strength workouts. Those that are on the LIVE subscription will get access to them from Leanne. Fempower members can access via the Meet ups section and add to their calendar for extra emails and accountability.

3. Explore and use the community
As part of Femfire you have access to Strength progressions, replay workouts as well as specific post natal workouts. You also have the additional Nourish page to help you get your focus with food and have ideas for recipes and easy go to ideas. As well as that you have all the Fire up in 30 podcast at your fingers tips.

4. Share your wins
Everyone loves to see the success of a turn around. When you really feel the smallest and biggest wins we want to see and hear about it. Head to the 'Share your wins to all' feed and put your wonderful win up.
