We will always be emotional eaters. Our gut and brain are connected via the Gut Brain Axis and this means that what you think you feel. So it is super important that I help you to establish a food relationship that you LOVE.
Now this doesn't mean eat and drink whatever you like and then carrying regret and guilt on those decisions.
This is about empowering you with conscious choice and helping you to habitually choose the whole food and then allow some wriggle room for fun, just because I want it vibes.
